What Will It Cost?

Expenses for your education at UT Arlington will vary depending on several criteria, such as whether you're a Texas resident, how many credit hours you're taking, whether you receive financial aid, where you live while studying here, which tuition plan you've chosen, and more.

Tuition Rate

Pursuant to state law, The University of Texas System Board of Regents (the Board) is authorized to set tuition for UT System institutions. The Board will consider proposed tuition and fee increases at an upcoming meeting. The actual tuition rate will be set after the Board of Regents meets. Your estimated tuition bill will be available at that time.

It is expected that any increase in single-year resident undergraduate tuition at UT Arlington will not exceed 3 percent for the 2014-2015 academic year. UT Arlington also will offer a state-mandated, four-year guaranteed tuition plan.

Actual charges for your fall 2014 registration will be posted to your MyMav account in July. Your registration will not be completed until your tuition bill has been paid.
