Fall 2016 Instructional Class Info

Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga

Campus Recreation has partnered with Just Be Well Yoga to offer a unique opportunity for students and MAC members.  Paddle board yoga is one of the fastest growing water sports and forms of yoga around, and we know exactly why! Bringing the benefits of yoga from land to water adds a special element and fun challenge. Being on the water encourages stronger core work and balance.
