The Myths of Nutrition

Can you spot the true nutrition information among the fads, the myths, and the just plain incorrect info that is out there?  In this class, we will look at many of the nutrition myths out there that you may even think are true because we hear about them so much.  We’ll explore some of the popular diets of today and see what evidence exists to support their claims.  You’ll come away from this class with the tools to identify fact from fiction when it comes to nutrition.  A minimum of 7 participants is required for this class to make with a maximum of 20 allowed.
