All About Abs~ - This class will focus on strengthening and stretching the entire core, this includes not only your abdominal muscles but your back muscles as well. This class will increase core stability and strength.

Anthem Cycle* - An uplifting 45-minute cycle class combining all types of Spanish music ranging from Banda all the way to Reggaeton. 

Barre - Set to fun and energetic music, each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of the thigh, seat, and core exercises. Improving strength, more elongated muscles, and flexibility are key. Each class is designed to leave you feeling invigorated, challenged, and inspired.  

Beginners Yoga* - No experience needed, just you, ready to learn. This class is designed to focus on the foundational poses of yoga, work on proper alignment and breathwork. The pace will be slower by allowing you to learn the basics and build a solid foundation.
  
Cycle* - Go for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, medium impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone. Towel and water required. Limit to 12 participants. 

Flare & Finesse - Through empowering choreography and confidence boosting routines, you’ll discover the strength and grace within. Join us for a class that celebrates your unique beauty and empowers you to shine from the inside out to build a more powerful you. 

Funky Fitness~ - an exciting, easy-to-follow dance that explores different eras and themes of dance. All curated to keep you on your toes, and your workout routine lively and full of variety. Come and get ready to groove to diverse dance styles and music, ensuring a fun and energetic session each time. Unleash your inner dancer and leave feeling like a superstar!

Intermediate Yoga - is a challenging yet mindful workout, designed to help you delve deeper into your practice by exploring more advanced poses to build strength, flexibility, and balance through a dynamic sequence of asanas. Movement is linked with the breath to improve stamina and concentration. This class will leave you feeling energized, refreshed, and centered.

Line Dancing* - Get ready to kick up your heels in this lively line dancing class! Learn two-stepping combos and classic moves set to a fun mix of country and pop hits. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a first-timer, this class is perfect for all skill levels. Dance your way to fitness, laughter, and a great time on the floor! Tennis shoes are required. No cowboy boots please!
  
Pilates - The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement. This class is aimed at “core stability,” designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen muscles, using breathing to enhance relaxation.  

Pilates Fusion~ - This class starts with invigorating cardio to get your heart pumping, then transitions into fast-paced Pilates for a full-body workout. This seamless blend of cardio and Pilates will help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance. 
 
Performance Cycle 45 - 45 minutes of HIIT cycle class that will challenge your cardio fitness. With group work, fast flats, and heavy climbs this class is designed to take your performance to the next level. Towel and water bottle required.  
  
Pumped Up Strength - is a new approach to resistance training. Utilizing combination movement patterns in a targeted, rhythmic progression, its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements set to fun music.  

Resistance Training* - this dynamic workout will target major muscle groups, enhance strength, and tone with a mix of challenging exercises designed to leave you empowered and energized. 

Step to the Beat - Let’s step to the rhythm with this classic cardio workout. This step aerobics class will get your heart rate going and your footwork flowing in a fun and energetic way. 

Strength & Endurance Needs* - is a 45-minute session which utilizes weights to increase muscular strength along with cardiovascular exercises to improve endurance and stamina.

Strength Training - A great class that will use a variety of equipment that will tone & strengthen your entire body. This class will have you sweating hard and feeling accomplished. 

Stronger - Discover what makes you Stronger! This 50-minute workout combines mixed martial arts, Pilates, yoga and much more to help you find your inner warrior. Epic music and soundtracks will guide you as you condition your body and mind. 

Spin to Win* - A 45-minute cycle class working on speed, strength, and endurance while listening to popular pop music hits!

Xplosion Xpress* - This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. Limit to 10 participants. 
 
Yoga - This mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. Bringing attention and focus to your breath while continuous flowing from one posture to the next.  

World Ride Cycling~ - A 30-minute cycle class featuring music in English, Spanish and Korean for a ride around the world.
 
Zumba* - Get ready to work on your inner self! This exhilarating and inspiring class is easy to follow. Latin-inspired dancing that feels like a fitness-party will move YOU!  
 

MAC in Motion

Looking for something different at your organization’s next meeting or event? Have a certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor come to you for a special event, fitness class, or fitness and wellness presentation! MAC in Motion events are $40.00 at the MAC. All classes offered off-site will be $50.00. Reservation requests must be completed at least 30 days in advance. Confirmation of date and time is dependent on availability of instructor and room.
