Set to fun and energetic music, each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of the thigh, seat, and core exercises. Improving strength, more elongated muscles, and flexibility are key. Each class is designed to leave you feeling invigorated, challenged, and inspired.


Breathe & Flow Yoga

This class will give you the space to move at a comfortable pace, feeling and listening to the inner workings of your body. Each pose and transition will focus on integrating body and breath. These slow, integrated movements will use muscles in a way that cultivates greater strength and mindfulness.


Circuit Express

This 30-minute class will work on your muscular endurance, strength, and  cardiovascular.  Get ready to be coached by your instructor as you go through different stations. This circuit workout uses a variety of equipment and it is high intensity that will help you with your functional training. 



Go for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, medium impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone. Towel and water required. 


Cycle Remix

Come experience a 45 min ride with the incredible latest remixes. This ride will combine endurance and strength building intervals.


Explore Yoga

This invigorating yoga class is for those who want to deepen their practice by exploring more dynamic and challenging methods of practice. This class will incorporate an exploration of alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, and relaxation


Kickboxing Xpress

This 30-minute cardio session class will be quick and fun. This non-stop workout will have you jabbing and kicking up a nice sweat! 



It is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. Get ready to dance to the top 40, Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Rock, Reggae, and everything in between. 



The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement.  This class is aimed at “core stability”, designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen muscles, using breathing to enhance relaxation.


Power Ride

The class primary focus is to generate power while we ride to climb and sprint to the beat of the music.


Pumped Up Strength 

It is a new approach to resistance training. Utilizing combination movement patterns in a targeted, rhythmic progression, its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements set to fun music.


Step Aerobics

Let’s step to the rhythm with this classic cardio workout. This step aerobics class will get your heart rate going and your footwork flowing in a fun and energetic way. 


Throwback Ride 

Join Dom for a lunch mood booster! In this 30-min high-intensity heart-centered cycle class we ride to the beat of the music and relive great throwback music.



This mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. Bringing attention and focus to your breath while continuous flowing from one posture to the next.


MAC in Motion

Looking for something different at your organization’s next meeting or event? Have a certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor come to you for a special event, fitness class, or fitness and wellness presentation! MAC in Motion events are $40.00 at the MAC. All classes offered off-site will be $50.00. Reservation requests must be completed at least 30 days in advance. Confirmation of date and time is dependent on availability of instructor and room.
