Basic Yoga

A 50-minute class designed to introduce you to the basics of yoga. After a few minutes of silent preparation, a spinal warm up is completed, followed by several basic yoga postures. During this class, postures that promote balance of the left and right sides of the body will be instructed, followed with a series of poses to help strengthen the lower body. The last 15 minutes of class will transition to a deep stretching, or yin style practice, ending with a five-minute period of rest called savasana. This class is an excellent choice if you are interested in learning about some of the basic poses and principle of yoga.  



Come experience a cardio workout to bhangra, western folk, and Bollywood dance style. You will move to the vibrant beats of India’s dance styles that will leave you feeling like a Bollywood Star!  


Bolly Hop

Come and learn Bollywood and Hip Hop. These two styles of dancing will have you heart pumping as you learn the steps to the songs and the choreography depending on the genre of music.  


Creative Flow Yoga

A movement practice that asks you to explore and feel your way through the postures. This class incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (postures) with an invitation to explore the spaces in between movement. 



Go for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, medium impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone. Towel and water required.


Discover Strength

A gentle form of yoga that will introduce various breathing techniques, strengthen the whole body, melt tension, and calm the mind. Appropriate for all experience level.



High Intensity Interval Training workout will challenge your fitness while taking you to the next level. This workout will build your cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle, and maximizing your calorie burn



Low Intensity Interval Training will challenge your fitness with a mix of low impact exercise intervals and generous rest intervals.



It is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. Get ready to dance to the top 40, Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Rock, Reggae, and everything in between.


Power Nap

Feeling low on sleep or energy? A quick power nap can help you combat the way you are feeling. This class will start by a 5-minute guided meditation followed by a 45-minute nap. This class will help alleviate the sleep deficit and boost your brain.


Roll & Stretch

Expect to stretch standing up and, on the floor, to get deep into your muscles using the foam roller. This form of self-massage is safe, gentle, and consistently effective in producing results to release tight muscles, improve mobility, and flexibility.


Strength Power

This class will teach strength training with safety, proper form and technique. We will focus on increasing muscular strength, and endurance with a challenging workout. 



Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  Use of the TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete a variety of exercises. Limit to 5 participants.



This mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. Bringing attention and focus to your breath while continuous flowing from oneposture to the next.


Yoga for Strength

A yoga class designed for strength training using calisthenics, isometrics, functional movement, and mobility practices. Not a flow class.  


Yoga Workshop Series

Includes Backbend Workshops, Inversion Workshops, Splits Workshops- Our focus these in these 5 week series push us towards the edge of our comfort zones. For best results, attend all five classes. This is a drill-style workshop, not a flow class.

Backbend Workshop- Our focus these first 5 weeks is on Backbends. We work on opening the heart as we invite flexibility to our spine. We bend so we do not break. For best results, attend all five classes. This is a drill style workshop, not a flow class.

Inversion Workshop- Our focus these second 5 weeks. Inversions can push us towards the edge of our comfort zones. Arm and core strength will be conditioned, and we will aim to alleviate fear through cultivating mind-body awareness. You are braver than you believe! For best results, attend all five classes. This is a drill-style workshop, not a flow class.

Splits Workshop- Our focus these last 5 weeks. This 5-week series is working towards front Splits. We will focus in targeting the muscles that will allow more flexibility for splits. Prior knowledge for splits is not required and being able to do a split is not required. For best results, attend all five classes.  This is a drill-style workshop, not a flow class.


MAC in Motion

Looking for something different at your organization’s next meeting or event? Have a certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor come to you for a special event, fitness class, or fitness and wellness presentation! MAC in Motion events are $40.00 at the MAC. All classes offered off-site will be $50.00. Reservation requests must be completed at least 30 days in advance. Confirmation of date and time is dependent on availability of instructor and room.
