All About Arms:

Designed to target major muscle groups like quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves, this dynamic routine blends a mix of bodyweight exercises and weighted movements. Get ready to feel challenge and elevate your personal fitness level leaving you with a great sense of accomplishment.



Set to fun and energetic music, each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of the thigh, seat, and core exercises. Circuit Xpress-

This 30-minute class will work on your muscular endurance, strength, and cardiovascular.  Get ready to be coached by your instructor as you go through different stations. This circuit workout uses a variety of equipment, and it is high intensity that will help you with your functional training. 



Go for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, medium impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone. Towel and water required.

Cycle 101-

Curious about the new cycle studio? This is the class for you! You will learn proper bike setup, form, and cycling techniques. The ride features varying intensity levels, allowing you to customize the challenge to match your comfort and fitness level. As you ride to energizing music, you'll build cardiovascular endurance, strengthen your legs, and burn calories effectively. Get ready to break a sweat, have fun, and leave the class feeling accomplished and inspired to continue your cycling adventure! Towel and water bottle required.


Cycle Remix-

Come experience a 45 min ride with the incredible latest remixes. This ride will combine endurance and strength building intervals.Towel and water bottle required.

Dance Fitness-

Come join us for a dance fitness class that plays all the latest hits! This workout is fun, easy to follow, and immersive! In this class you can truly be yourself and be accepted for who you are! All levels are welcome!


Kickboxing Xpress-

This 30-minute cardio session class will be quick and fun. This non-stop workout will have you jabbing and kicking up a nice sweat! 



The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement.  This class is aimed at “core stability,” designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen muscles, using breathing to enhance relaxation.


Performance Cycle 45-

45 minutes of HIIT cycle class that will challenge your cardio fitness. With group work, fast flats, and heavy climbs this class is designed to take your performance to the next level. Towel and water bottle required.


Power Cycle-

Is an endurance class designed to challenge both beginners and experienced cyclists. The instructor will be guiding you through various intervals, climbs, and sprints. This is a fun and effective class to improve your cardio and overall fitness levels. Towel and water bottle required. 


Pumped Up Strength

is a new approach to resistance training. Utilizing combination movement patterns in a targeted, rhythmic progression, its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements set to fun music.


Retro Ride-

The ultimate cycle class where you’ll pedal to the beat of retro throwbacks from the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s! Enjoy fun choreography, uphill climbs, and speed pushes, all while reliving the nostalgia of iconic eras. Get ready for a high-energy workout that will leave you feeling pumped and motivated! Towel and water bottle required.


Strong Flow-

The invigorating yoga class that combines traditional yoga warm-up and cool-down with dumbbells and bands HIIT in between. Get ready for an elevated heart rate, a fun-filled playlist, and a restorative cool down, leaving you feeling empowered and refreshed. All levels welcomed, join us to unlock your inner strength and vitality.


Xplosion Xpress-

This 30-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance.



This mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. Bringing attention and focus to your breath while continuous flowing from one posture to the next.



Get ready to party yourself into shape! This exhilarating, easy to follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning, dance fitness-party will move YOU!


MAC in Motion

Looking for something different at your organization’s next meeting or event? Have a certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor come to you for a special event, fitness class, or fitness and wellness presentation! MAC in Motion events are $40.00 at the MAC. All classes offered off-site will be $50.00. Reservation requests must be completed at least 30 days in advance. Confirmation of date and time is dependent on availability of instructor and room.
