Established with a generous gift from the Mahrouq family, the state-of-the-art facility provides real-world financial market experiences for UTA students.

NURSING EXCELLENCE
The College of Nursing and Health Innovation is one of just 10 nursing programs nationwide to be named a 2019 Center of Excellence by the National League for Nursing, a leading organization for nursing faculty and nurse education leaders. BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING FELLOW
Bioengineering Professor Kytai Nguyen has been named a Fellow of the Biomedical Engineering Society, a designation reserved for the top 4 percent of its members. She joined the UTA College of Engineering faculty in 2005, and has secured more than $8 million in research funding during her career. READ MORE

FIRST PITCH
Mike Dolabi threw out the ceremonial first pitch Thursday at the annual UTA Night at the Rangers. Dolabi, president and owner of National Autobody Parts Warehouse, received the UTA Distinguished Alumni Award in 2018 for his professional achievements, community engagement, and loyalty to his alma mater.
