Mav eShop shopping system live, ready for orders

UTA’s new internet-based catalog shopping/procurement system, Mav eShop, is now live. Effective Friday, Aug. 4, vendors will transition all ordering to their catalogs in Mav eShop. If you have been using a vendor’s website for orders by ProCard or purchase order, you will now use Mav eShop catalogs. For Mav eShop training, visit the Business Affairs training webpage.

New policy for use of UTA facilities

University Facilities' Use Policy provides an overview of authorized uses of UTA facilities and property. Individuals and groups planning to reserve and use UTA facilities are encouraged to read Policy 12-600 in the University’s Handbook of Operating Policies.

New employee paperwork sessions for fall 2017

The Office of Human Resources has posted the New Employee Paperwork Session schedule—fall 2017. All newly hired employees or rehired employees with a break in service longer than six months will need to attend a paperwork session to complete I-9 verification and other required forms. Club (sandwich) Week at University Club

The University Club in Davis Hall hosts Club Week through Friday, Aug. 4. Every day features a different club sandwich during lunch.

Volunteer to help students at annual Move-in Event
