Request IT Help

In an effort to provide our clients with an easy way in which they can create and monitor tickets, OIT has provided you with a Self Service tool. You can log in to this tool at IThelp.uta.edu

To access IT HELP Self Service

  • Click the link above
  • Enter your UTA email address and password
  • If you need to reset your password please go to uta.edu/password

 Create a New Ticket

  • Click on Request Something to make a request, or click Report an Issue if something is not working as it should be.

Review your Open Tickets

  • When you log in, you can click on "My Tickets" found in the top right, and also the middle of the page, click either to expand the menu to view your open tickets.
