*This schedule will run from Monday, June 5th through Friday, August 11th.

  • Participants must have activated ID and will only be granted access to class up to 5 minutes after posted class time.

  • Participation is limited to space and equipment availability.

  • Classes with low attendance may be removed from the schedule.

  • All classes must have a minimum of two participants in order for it to make

  • Classes held on the West Lawn or outside are subject to cancellation due to weather.

 

Advanced YogaThe Hatha Yoga method is a great place to start since it teaches postures, conscious breathing and relaxation techniques for a full-body workout. Challenge your endurance with this class that will go for 90 minutes, recommended for intermediate to advanced levels.

All About Arms & Ab RxA 30-minute class to achieve the sculpted arms and shoulders you’ve always wanted in this tank-top ready workout. Followed by a 20-minute session focusing on strengthening and stretching the entire core, this includes not only your abdominal muscles but your back muscles as well. This class is highly recommended to increase core stability and strength.

All About Legs & Ab Rx A 30-minute class to strengthen and tone the lower half. Followed by a 20-minute session focusing on strengthening and stretching the entire core, this includes not only your abdominal muscles but your back muscles as well. This class is highly recommended to increase core stability and strength. Get ready to burn some calories!

Barre 101 - Set to fun and energetic music, each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of the thigh, seat, and core exercises.  Improving strength, more elongated muscles, and flexibility are key. Each class is designed to leave you feeling invigorated, challenged, and inspired.

Body Blitz - Applies HIIT with resistance training to deliver an "all out" full body workout that shapes up and conditions participants

Cycle - Go for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, medium impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone. Towel and water required.

INSANITY - is a revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. By using MAX Interval Training, INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. INSANITY’s interval training is the pinnacle of cardio training.

Maverick Boot Camp - an INTENSE, exciting one-hour workout sure to get your heart racing and your muscles burning! The class format and programming will be varied to challenge you in new ways, test will, and push past limits. Exercise selection includes bodyweight work, kettlebells, medicine balls, sandbags, Prowler work, cone drills, agility ladders, and the creativity of our instructor!

Pilates - The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement.  This class is aimed at “core stability”, designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen muscles, using breathing to enhance relaxation.

TRX – Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  Use of the TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete a variety of exercises.

TRX Sport - Run, jump and sprint your way into physical fitness with sport inspired movements. This High-intensity interval circuit style training course is designed to get you heart rate up and improve functional movement patterns through the integration of TRX suspension trainer, ropes, plyometrics and resistance training.  Max # of 15 participants.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Outdoor) - In this Vinyasa Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. Expect this class to include traditional asana (poses) and sequences: sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, backbends and an opportunity to learn/practice inversions. In a Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun atmosphere.

Water Fitness - Exercise with a splash!  This aerobics class is designed especially for those wanting to improve their health, mobility and body composition.  This low-intensity format uses water to increase flexibility, strength, endurance and cardio fitness without the impact of land aerobics.

Yoga - The Hatha yoga method is a great place to start since it teaches postures, conscious breathing and relaxation techniques for a full-body workout.  Learning the basic points of alignment for each pose is the focus of this class.  

Zumba - Get ready to party yourself into shape! This exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ will move YOU!
