The first week of classes each semester is FREE! Schedule and enroll at the Services and Information Desk of the MAC. Various scheduled classes may be designated as free each semester.
All classes are free the first week of the semester.
Participants must have activated ID and will only be granted access to class up to 5 minutes after posted class time.
Participation is limited to space and equipment availability.
Classes with low attendance may be removed from the schedule. All classes must have a minimum of two participants.
Due to risk management, children under the age of 18 may not use the cardio equipment, weight equipment, indoor track or participate in group exercise classes.
