  • Participants must have activated ID and will only be granted access to class up to 5 minutes after posted class time.
  • Participation is limited to space and equipment availability.
  • Classes with low attendance may be removed from the schedule.
  • All classes must have a minimum of two participants.

Advanced Yoga- Challenge your endurance with this class that will go for 90 minutes, recommended for intermediate to advanced levels.

All About Arms- A 30 minute class to achieve the sculpted arms and shoulders you've always wanted in this tank- top ready workout.

All About Legs- A 30 minute class to strengthen and tone the lower half. Get ready to burn some calories!

Crunch Time - A 15-minute session focusing on strengthening and stretching the entire core, this includes not only your abdominal muscles, but your back muscles as well. This class is highly recommended to increase core stability and strength.

Cycle - Go for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, low impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone. Towel and water required.

Hip Hop Cardio- Dance your way into fitness! This class is structured to offer an intense cardiovascular workout, in addition to teaching basic Hip Hop movements and technique you’ll be having so much fun, you won’t want to stop. The class is open to all levels and requires no prior dance experience.

H2O Fitness- Exercise with a splash!  This aerobics class is designed especially for those wanting to improve their health, mobility, and body composition. This low intensity format uses water to increase flexibility, strength, endurance and cardio fitness without the impact of land aerobics.

Pilates - The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement.  This class is aimed at “core stability”, designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen muscles, using breathing to enhance relaxation.

Piloxing - Uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with exhilarating dance moves and targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates.

Tabata Bootcamp– Supercharge your fitness and fat loss. High intensity interval training includes structured 20-second high-intensity anaerobic work intervals followed by a 10-second rest, repeated.

Total Body Pump - It’s time for the next level of training. Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested during the class. A total body workout that is challenging yet rewarding. Great for all levels of fitness!

Yoga - The Hatha yoga method is a great place to start since it teaches postures, conscious breathing and relaxation techniques for a full-body workout.  Learning the basic points of alignment for each pose is the focus of this class. 

Yoga Basics- This class will serve as an introduction to the basic poses in a Hatha Yoga class, with an emphasis on alignment, adjustments and modifications. Breathing exercises will also be introduced. This class is specifically designed for students new to yoga.

Zumba®- Get ready to party yourself into shape! This exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ will move YOU!

BOSU Blast-Take strength training to the next level with this total body workout using the BOSU balance trainer; a multidimensional training device that integrates core training, sports training and balance training.  Come bounce and sweat in this fun new type of workout.

Glutes & Guts- This 30-minute class will work your glutes, tighten your core, and have you feeling the benefits of this intense workout in no time!

Jump and Crunch – Burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time and have fun doing it! Jumping rope helps build speed, agility, balance, and coordination, while improving your overall fitness level. All ages and fitness levels can give this class a try. Followed by abdominal and lower back training.

The first week of classes each semester is FREE!  Schedule and enroll at the Services and Information Desk of the MAC.  Various scheduled classes may be designated as free each semester.

Due to risk management, children under the age of 18 may not use the cardio equipment, weight equipment, indoor track or participate in group exercise classes.
