All About Arms & Ab Rx- A 30-minute class to achieve the sculpted arms and shoulders you’ve always wanted in this tank-top ready workout. Followed by a 20-minute session focusing on strengthening and stretching the entire core, this includes not only your abdominal muscles but your back muscles as well. This class is highly recommended to increase core stability and strength.

All About Legs & Ab Rx- A 30-minute class to strengthen and tone the lower half. Followed by a 20-minute session focusing on strengthening and stretching the entire core, this includes not only your abdominal muscles but your back muscles as well. This class is highly recommended to increase core stability and strength. Get ready to burn some calories!

Basic Yoga- This class will utilize basic Yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, and balance while strengthening the core. This is a great class to relieve stress and relax your mind!

Barre 101- Set to fun and energetic music, each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of the thigh, seat, and core exercises.  Improving strength, more elongated muscles, and flexibility are key. Each class is designed to leave you feeling invigorated, challenged, and inspired.

Bollywood Dance- Come experience a cardio workout to bhangra, western folk, and Bollywood dance style. You will move to the vibrant beats of India’s dance styles that will leave you feeling like a Bollywood Star!  

Cycle- Go for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, medium impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone. Towel and water required.

Cycle Sprint- Short on time? Not ready for a full class? This short version of a cycle class is the one for you!

Hip Hop Cardio- All fitness levels welcome! We will build our cardio and sculpt our bodies while dancing to today’s hits. This class will provide an energetic workout, while breaking a sweat and you will have a blast while doing it

Hula Hoop Fitness-This class will take you back to fun times! It provides the cardio, improves your strength, while toning your body with this low-impact, high energy workout.

Kickboxing Xpress- This class combines basic kickboxing moves that will keep you on your toes while moving to the beat. Come get a great cardio workout and relieve your stress! No prior kickboxing training required!

Maverick Boot Camp- An INTENSE, exciting one-hour workout sure to get your heart racing and your muscles burning! The class format and programming will be varied to challenge you in new ways, test will, and push past limits. Exercise selection includes bodyweight work, kettlebells, medicine balls, sandbags, Prowler work, cone drills, agility ladders, and the creativity of our instructor!

Pilates- The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement.  This class is aimed at “core stability”, designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen muscles, using breathing to enhance relaxation.

PoundÒ- Is a full body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Be sure to get to class early because we only have # spots available!

Recovery- Recovery is designed to improve musculoskeletal health. Class will include various types of stretching and movements patterns to provide muscle balance, improved joint and tissue mobility as well as muscle lengthening. The goal of this class is to improve overall movement and to reduce pain and stress on the joints. Warm up or cool down with this low impact class centered around mobility and relaxation.  

Tabata- Torch fat and build muscle with this High Intensity Interval Training class, where exercises are broken into 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest intervals, lasting for 4 minute rounds.

Totally Abs- Attack the core from all angles! Strengthening our core is vital for everyday living. This class will help strengthen your abdominals, obliques, and even lower back offering you an all-round core workout!

Total Body Tone- This class uses the step, jump rope, hand weights and more for a total body sculpting experience!

TRX- Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  Use of the TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete a variety of exercises.

TRX Sport- Run, jump and sprint your way into physical fitness with sport inspired movements. This High-intensity interval circuit style training course is designed to get you heart rate up and improve functional movement patterns through the integration of TRX suspension trainer, ropes, plyometrics and resistance training.  Max # of 15 participants.

Water Aerobics- Exercise with a splash!  This aerobics class is designed especially for those wanting to improve their health, mobility and body composition.  This low-intensity format uses water to increase flexibility, strength, endurance and cardio fitness without the impact of land aerobics.

Yoga- The Hatha yoga method is a great place to start since it teaches postures, conscious breathing and relaxation techniques for a full-body workout.  Learning the basic points of alignment for each pose is the focus of this class. 

Zumba- Get ready to party yourself into shape! This exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ will move YOU!
