All About Arms~ - Transform your arms and redefine your upper body with this effective 30-minute arm workout. This fast-paced routine is specifically curated to target your biceps, triceps, shoulders, and upper back, building your upper body to become strong and enhanced.

All About Legs~ - Intensify your lower body strength and sculpt powerful legs with this invigorating 30-minute leg workout. Designed to target major muscle groups like quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves, this dynamic routine blends a mix of bodyweight exercises and weighted movements. Prepare to lunge, squat, and deadlift your way to increased endurance, stability, and explosive power.

Barre - Set to fun and energetic music, each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of the thigh, seat, and core exercises. Improving strength, more elongated muscles, and flexibility are key. Each class is designed to leave you feeling invigorated, challenged, and inspired.

Basic Cycle* - This class is a beginner-friendly-low impact indoor cycling workout set to music, focusing on form, basic drills like sprints and climbs to build cardio fitness, endurance, and strength. Limit to 12 participants. Towel and water bottle required. 

Cycle Biza* - Ready to listen to hype upbeat music and remixes that meets your vibes then get ready for this 45-minute ride. Towel and water bottle required.  Limit to 12 participants. Towel and water bottle required.

Cycle* - Go for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, medium impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone. Towel and water required. Limit to 12 participants. Towel and water bottle required.

Cycle Tour* - A 45-minute cycle class, where you will hear songs from unique artists each time you come for a ride. Towel and water bottle required.

Cycle 45 -   45 minutes of HIIT cycle class that will challenge your cardio fitness. With group work, fast flats, and heavy climbs this class is designed to take your performance to the next level. Towel and water bottle required. 

Dance Fitness~ - Come join us for a dance fitness class that plays all the latest hits! This workout is fun, easy to follow, and immersive! In this class you can truly be yourself and be accepted for who you are! All levels are welcome!

HIIT* - A 45 minutes of high intensity interval training class. It will include 45seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. No equipment is needed just YOU. This class is adaptable to all fitness levels where you will come and adjust your own intensity to work hard and leave feeling accomplished.

Intermediate Yoga - is a challenging yet mindful workout, designed to help you delve deeper into your practice by exploring more advanced poses to build strength, flexibility, and balance through a dynamic sequence of asanas. Movement is linked with the breath to improve stamina and concentration. This class will leave you feeling energized, refreshed, and centered.

Pilates - The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement.  This class is aimed at “core stability,” designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen muscles, using breathing to enhance relaxation.

Plank Party~ - Stability, posture, and endurance can be improved while targeting your core. Come to this fun, yet challenging class that will take you to new heights. Come join the plank party which you will ABSolutely enjoy!

Pumped Up Strength - is a new approach to resistance training. Utilizing combination movement patterns in a targeted, rhythmic progression, its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements set to fun music.

Strength & Endurance* - A 45-minute session which utilizes weights to increase muscular strength along with cardiovascular exercises to improve endurance and stamina.

Strength Training* - A great class that will use a variety of equipment that will tone & strengthen your entire body. This class will have you sweating hard and feeling accomplished.

Spin to Win* - A 45-minute cycle class working on speed, strength, and endurance while listening to popular pop music hits!

Xplosion Xpress* - This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. Limit to 10 participants.

Yoga - This mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. Bringing attention and focus to your breath while continuous flowing from one posture to the next. 

Zumba* - Get ready to work on your inner self! This exhilarating and inspiring class is easy to follow. Latin-inspired dancing that feels like a fitness-party will move YOU! 

MAC in Motion

Looking for something different at your organization’s next meeting or event? Have a certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor come to you for a special event, fitness class, or fitness and wellness presentation! MAC in Motion events are $40.00 at the MAC. All classes offered off-site will be $50.00. Reservation requests must be completed at least 30 days in advance. Confirmation of date and time is dependent on availability of instructor and room.
