To access IT HELP

- Enter your NetID and password
- You may need to enter uta\ in front of your NetID when logging into the application
Create a New Ticket
- Click on the New Incident button on the left hand side of the screen.
- Select Type Of Ticket: There are two types of tickets you can choose from:
- Incident – Interruption or degradation of an existing service, including:
- Mail Servers giving error messages

- Please enter in a brief, but relevant, description of what you are asking for in the Description field
- Completely fill in the Request Detail fields at the bottom of the page
- If these fields are not completely filled in this may slow down the processing of your issue as a Helpdesk agent will need to contact you to gather that information
Review your Open Ticket
- When you log in, you should see a list of your open Tickets
- Double-click on one of the tickets to see more about it
- The Summary/Description area has the details gathered about the issue. If you have additional details for the fields, you may add them in under New Notes
