If you are interested in being a part of the nationally ranked UT Arlington cheer squad, please send in all checklist items by the deadline.

CHEERLEADING TRYOUT CHECKLIST

Items Required:

• Cheerleading Application must be received by May 6, 2013.
  • Tryout Application (doc)
• Letter of Recommendation
• Copy of UTA acceptance/current UTA status
• Proof of Insurance
• Current Picture
• Release Form
  • Release_Minor (doc)
  • Release_Nonminor (doc)
• $25 Application Fee (make checks payable to UT Arlington)
