BBBC22 empowered more than 200 conference attendees from 15 different states with business development education, training, and networking opportunities.

Now in its 5th year, Business Beyond the Battlefield Conference 2023 is a 3-Day business-to-business educational conference, networking event, and small business showcase for military connected entrepreneurs, collaborative resource partners, military influencers, and decision-makers dedicated to growing the US economy by empowering the military connected entrepreneur community. 

This conference will keep you engaged throughout three days of dynamic business development networking, inspirational speakers, panel discussions, subject matter expert breakout sessions and expos to get you in front of the resources that your small business needs.

Each week features a guest speaker on an entrepreneurship-related topic and includes a discussion session where students, faculty, staff and members of the community further explore the topic and get to know each other.

Boots to Business 

Boots to Business is the two-step entrepreneurial training program offered by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a training track within the Department of Defense’s Transition Assistance Program. This course is open to Servicemembers (including members of the National Guard + Reserves) and their spouses. Participants are introduced to the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to launch a business, including steps for developing business concepts, how to develop a business plan, and information on SBA resources available to help.
