| Whereas | Student Congress meetings are variable in length and unpredictable as to adjournment; and |
| Whereas | When members aren't present, voting becomes skewed as to the actual result of resolutions; and |
| Whereas | Students know before they register when Student Congress meetings arc held. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Any member leaving a Student Congress meeting within the first hour must have prior approval of Executive Committee to avoid absence penalty; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | At Spring 93 semester, the time is moved to two hours with prior approval. |
