| Whereas | Student Congress could use all the publicity it can gather; and |
| Whereas | Student Congress can use its members in many ways to achieve this goal of more publicity; and |
| Whereas | There are many promotional events and PR activities to achieve this goal. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Student Congress, beginning with the Fall 1992 semester, start holding a semester Philanthropic Project to be participated in by its membership; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | This activity be approved by the Executive Committee. |
