| Whereas | Feedback from the student body is quite important; and |
| Whereas | Student Congress should encourage participation from students; and |
| Whereas | It is the duty of Student Congress to fairly represent the student body |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Every college have an open forum where students may ask their representatives questions, make suggestions, and debate issues and ideas; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | This forum would take place midway through each semester in each college; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | It be required that all of the representatives of that college be present at the open forum. An absence from a forum should be counted as an absence from Student Congress; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The University Standard and Shorthorn reporters may attend the forum. |
