| Whereas | The University can have a car towed if a person has at least $25 in owed tickets and certified notice of 10 days; and |
| Whereas | University police have the option of issuing a ticket when cars may be towed; and |
| Whereas | This practice only further inconveniences students, who must pay towing costs and previous lickets, who are not aware of the ticket since the car IS towed |
| Be It Further Resolved That | SC recommends that University police not issue tickets while having a car towed. |
