| Whereas | Many courses are only offered a limited number of semesters per academic year; |
| Whereas | Students are unable to effectively plan their academic schedules unless the frequency of course offerings is provided well in advance of their estimated enrollment in the course; and |
| Whereas | A system similar to that utilized by the Mechanical Engineering Department in the College of Engineering in the current Undergraduate Catalog would allow more effective academic planning by students; |
| Be It Further Resolved That | All departments are required to publish a listing of courses that indicates which courses are not offered on a semesterly basis; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Where possible, the semesters in which the courses will be offered shall be published, or otherwise indicate the frequency with which the courses will be offered; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | This listing be published for the 1991-93 academic period as an addendum to the 1991-93 Undergraduate Catalog, and that future listings be incorporated in all future editions of the Undergraduate Catalog. |
