| Whereas | Every year the campus police oversell parking decals under the false impression that enough of these "oversold" stickers are for the night students; and |
| Whereas | This is obviously not good reasoning, considering the current parking problems day students face; and |
| Whereas | There are plenty of spaces in remote parking that are not used; and |
| Whereas | At other universities - such as Texas A&M, underclassmen are required to park in a remote area; and |
| Whereas | This could possibly end our parking problems and definitely decrease them. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Freshmen students be required to park in remote parking to allow for adequate space for upperclassmen. |
