| Whereas | UTA hosts a humongous number of international students, and; |
| Whereas | A levels is a very reputed high school examination worldwide, offered in around 100 independent countries, and; |
| Whereas | Credits for A levels courses is offered by many US universities such as Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT), University of South Florida(USF), and even a university in the University of Texas(UT) system, University of Texas at Dallas(UTD), and; |
| Whereas | The course material of A levels coincides with many first-year courses so students have to sit through classes teaching material they already have confident prior knowledge of, hence wasting significant time and money for taking those credit hours, and; |
| Whereas | UTA themselves recognize the merit of Pearson, owners of edexcel - a board that conducts A level examinations, as certain courses do use their Mylab and Mastering tool as interactive homework software, and; |
| Be It Further Resolved That | UTA analyzes A levels courses and offers students with exceptional A levels grades credits recognizing their hard work in high school. |
