Abstract: |
|
Starting with overview of the precision physics case
for the International Linear Collider(ILC), the talk will outline the
required accelerator and detector performance to do this physics. Based
on this performance the talk will outline what improvements need to be
made in detectors and accelerator design to realize the physics
potential. I will give a status of the worldwide ILC activities, what
still needs to be done in the future and describe the status of the
current detector concept studies that are being pursued worldwide. |
