Woman teaching science classThe Center for Research, Policy, and Practice presents the third session in the 2021-2022 season, “Conducting Educational Research,” which will be held on April 13th, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm (CST) via Zoom. 

Please join us to learn more about forming research questions, selecting methodologies, gaining permissions, ethical considerations, and partnering with researchers. The session is designed for education practitioners and service providers within education, such as attorneys and social service providers. You will have the opportunity to meet two experienced researchers:  

  • Dr. Hall has close to twenty years of professional experience in student affairs and higher education and is currently a post-doctoral research associate with UTA's department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies.   
  • Dr. Cagle specializes in research regarding school choice and alternative instructional methods. She founded Core & Shell Consulting to teach parents about being an engaged, challenged, and empowered parent during their child's academic years.
