What do you love most about UTA? The diverse student body, the wonderful professors, and the beautiful campus.
What is one thing about UTA that you wish everyone knew? The Military Times named UTA as the top public university for military veterans and service members.
Why did you start working in higher education? I decided to work in higher education because I believe in the power of knowledge and treasure the self-discovery that comes along with pursuing an education. My own educational journey has been one of the best experiences of my life, and I know the work I do helps support others who want the same for themselves.
Do you have any exciting hobbies? I enjoy macro photography, camping, gardening, and spending time with my husband Alex and our dogs.
What is one thing about you that most people would be surprised to discover? I love being out in nature, taking macro photos of insects and plants.
