The 2026 Maverick Momentum mentorship program, a partnership between the Staff Advisory Committee (SAC) and Talent, Culture, and Engagement (TCE) Engagement Department, successfully launched in January with 16 enthusiastic mentee and mentor parings both benefiting from opportunities for personal and professional growth. The 6-month program is designed with self-exploratory 1:1 mentoring sessions guided by a monthly roadmap of resources and skill development topics to reach individualized goals:

- Feedback and Growth
- Autonomous Engagement
- Professional development
- Problem Solving
- Personal Branding
