Reminder: Spring 2026 ETAP Application Process
The Employee Tuition Affordability Program (ETAP) application period for Spring 2026 is approaching.
You may begin submitting ETAP forms starting November 17, 2025. The deadline for Regular Session is December 22, 2025. Please review the ETAP website for additional session deadlines, as they vary by the earliest start date of your course(s). Late forms cannot be accepted.
If you plan to use ETAP this spring, we encourage you to start the signature approval process early. Each semester requires new approvals, and completed forms—signed by your supervisor and VP/Dean - must be submitted to the Scholarships Office at schol@uta.edu by the posted deadline.
Tip: If your courses are still TBD, submit your form with “TBD” listed before the deadline. You can update your course details later, but your form must be received on time to qualify.
Please note:
- ETAP is applied after all grants and scholarships.
- Awards will be added after Spring disbursement (January 2, 2026) and once Fall grades have posted.
- Applications are not reviewed during Winter Break.
