In-Person Appointments

The Writing Center is open for Fall 2025 from August 25 through December 2

Students can schedule 30- or 60-minute consultations through our WC Online scheduling system. Our writing consultants can help with any of your UT Arlington coursework, academic projects, and scholarship/admission essays.

During each session, you will meet with a highly trained writing consultant who will assist you in addressing your assignment demands, audience expectations, and any other writing-related concerns you may have. Consultants are here to help you in every phase of the process, including brainstorming activities to generate ideas, organizing, and refining your projects.

Groups working on projects and posters are welcome to share a session, benefitting from project-specific guidance.
