| Whereas | A fee for printing is being assessed; and |
| Whereas | A student often has to make copies of his/her work; and |
| Whereas | Making copies is a common occurrence in many classes; and |
| Whereas | Currently there is not a copy machine in the social work building for students to use; and |
| Whereas | The library and other copy machines for student use are a great distance from the Social Work building. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | A copy machine be placed in the Social Work building for student use. |
