| Whereas | There are many groups, departments, and over 250 student organizations that post thousands of flyers and announcements every semester on campus; and |
| Whereas | Posting restrictions allow only limited designated posting sites in the busiest, most visible building on campus, the University Center; and |
| Whereas | The current size of these boards restrict the number of flyers that can be displayed and the boards become overcrowded and chaotic; and |
| Whereas | The flyers are easily overlooked by the target audience or are torn down to make room for a new flyer. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | That the current posting boards located in the University Center be replaced with larger boards that extend from the ceiling to the floor (like those found in Ransom Hall); and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | That additional boards be added on the main floor of the University Center across from the payphones located near the Apollo Caf'. |
