| Whereas | It is already campus policy for smokers 'to not congregate at entrances so as to block access to facilities'; and |
| Whereas | Policy already considers it hazardous to smoke within 25 feet of entrances to all campus building and facilities. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | That there will be no smoking within 25 feet of entrances to all campus buildings and facilities; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | That no smoking signs indicating the new 25 feet policy be posted on building and facility entrances and that designated, covered smoking areas be made available. |
