| Whereas | Professors submit notes and sample tests to the Science Learning Center for student use; and |
| Whereas | These notes and sample tests may become missing because students take the notes or sample tests; and |
| Whereas | There are too many copies of the same notes or sample tests and previous year's notes and tests that students must sift through to find their desired selection. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The Science Learning Center be required to maintain and update a Table of Contents for all course files; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | This Table to be included in all course files; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The Science Learning Center posts all material on the web for access by students; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | There be a Table of Contents accompanying the material. |
