| Remarks | FAILED - No other Texas university does this. It would require many resources to implement, and the Parking Office would not help. |
| Whereas | All students likely will incur a parking violation at one time during their college career; and |
| Whereas | Some violations are in excess of $20; and |
| Whereas | Most students are limited in expendable income. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Each university student be provided an alternate method of repayment, such as community service, up to once per year; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Such community service be validated by a community-service oriented University departmental organization and reported to the UTA Police Dept. |
