| Whereas | The University requires 15 members to start a campus organization; and |
| Whereas | This number is excessive when compared to The University of North Texas (which requires 4 members), The University of Texas (3 members), and Texas Tech University (3 members + officers). |
| Be It Further Resolved That | In order to increase student involvement in programs and organizations, students should be allowed to form organizations with a 10 person minimum membership rather than the current 15 person requirement. |
