| Remarks | FAILED - Expensive and difficult to install. There are many regulations from TXDOT regarding the installation of neon over state highways. |

| Be It Further Resolved That | UTA install blue neon lights spelling out the name of the school identical to the ones that have been installed in the MAV stadium on both sides of the central bridge. |
