| Remarks | FAILED - Waiver is available during a student's first semester in Article 8, Section J(d). |
| Whereas | Students are able to receive a dismissal of one ticket for not having a valid hangtag once every three years; and |
| Whereas | This policy allows students that are not familiar with the parking regulations of the campus to not incur a hefty fine for an ignorant mistake; and |
| Whereas | Many students also unintentionally receive tickets for pulling through or backing in to spots that are angled. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | A student may dismiss one ticket for pulling through or backing into a parking space once every three years with no fee. |
