| Whereas | Ten percent of the University Student Body are International Students, who do not have adequate transportation to reach an International Financial Institution; and |
| Whereas | The University has a great push for more on campus housing, and many of the students may not have transportation to get to National Financial Institutions; and |
| Whereas | The University already has a Post Office on campus which many students use; and |
| Whereas | Many other large Universities have National Financial Institutions on campus. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | For the convenience of the students, the University investigate the possibility of bringing a National Financial Institution on campus to better accommodate its students. |
