Remarks FAILED - Expectant mothers can apply for temporary handicapped hangtags if needed.
Whereas It is difficult for pregnant women to walk far distances on campus; and
Whereas It would be relatively easy to establish special parking spaces and temporary hang tags for these women; and
Whereas Documentation is easily attainable from the doctor's office to provide proof upon entering the third trimester; and
Whereas Three months after birth the mother is still recovering from either delivery or a cesarean section.
