| Be It Further Resolved That | A sidewalk be installed along the East side of West street from Parking Lot #52 to the corner of Mitchell and West Street; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The sidewalk be installed no later than the end of spring semester 2001; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | That a crosswalk be painted in the interim period. |
