Whereas There is a growing concern over the cost of college textbooks, not to mention rising tuition costs; and
Whereas Students are beginning to become unable to maintain their financial stability while pursuing a higher education degree; and
Whereas Similar educational costs such as education and cost are tax free; and
Whereas If taxes were lifted on higher educational textbooks, the financial burden would be reduced.
Be It Further Resolved That The Student Congress at The University of Texas at Arlington voice concern over this issue to the State Legislature.
