| Whereas | There are many organizations, clubs, etc., which make announcements of upcoming events and opportunities by posting flyers; and |
| Whereas | There is not much organization as to how these flyers are posted; and |
| Whereas | Many people attend graduation each semester; and |
| Whereas | Some campus buildings have designated bulletin boards while others do not. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Each campus building have at least two bulletin boards designated for these fliers; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | That the department where the building is located pay for the said board. |
