| Whereas | Students are concerned about their safety when they are on campus; and |
| Whereas | There has been a recent hit and run accident; and |
| Whereas | The university police are charging $75 to $200 for jaywalking. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The university put a crosswalk in front of the entrance to Centennial Court Apartments that leads to the dirt path on the north side of Mitchell Street. |
