| Remarks | FAILED - Lack of space. There are 5 machines already in the building. |
| Whereas | There is not a vending machine in the Fine Arts Building on the Communication side for students to use; and |
| Whereas | Students would like a vending machine close by to get snacks and drinks between classes; and |
| Whereas | A majority of students in a random survey agree that they would use vending machines if they were available on the Communications side. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | UTA install vending machines for both food and drink in the Liberal Arts building on the Communication side for students to use. |
