| Whereas | The University of Texas at Arlington Constitution provides for the existence of a Constituency Council for each college and school; and |
| Whereas | The School of Education is the only college not represented by a Constituency Council; and |
| Whereas | The faculty, students, and representatives of the School of Education deserve a Constituency Council in the interest of better and equal representation; and |
| Whereas | The School of Education is currently lumped under the College of Liberal Arts with regard to Student Congress representation. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | he School of Education form a Constituency Council and elect senators to serve on Student Congress on their behalf; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The School of Education elect Senators on their behalf at the next campus wide elections after passage, and the Education Constituency Council form immediately. |
