| Whereas | The Financial Aid Department does process paperwork for employees who are students at UTA (i.e. work study); and |
| Whereas | The current system causes double paperwork for every department on campus who hires students; and |
| Whereas | Work Study does not start until September 1, and no overlap is allowed; and |
| Whereas | If student's wages are automatically raised it places the departments/students in a particular dilemma during the period between the school start date and the Financial Aid start date. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Student Congress recognize this problem and encourage the administration to investigate and attempt to correct it. |
