| Remarks | FAILED - Individual fees were approved through appropriate channels - including Constituency Councils. |
| Whereas | The College of Business and Nursing currently charge a $1.00 per credit hour fee for "multi-media" services; and |
| Whereas | These fees are allocated to improve multi-media facilities used during coursework taught in Business and Nursing and are charged despite equal opportunity access to Facility Upgrade monies dispersed through the Provost's office; and |
| Whereas | The College of Business and Nursing have made not requests for this funding, but have imposed the fee on the students. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Multimedia facility improvements must be made at the expense of the university-at-large, through Facility Upgrade monies, not through the assessment of fees through individual colleges or schools. |
