Remarks FAILED - Two years of foreign language is a state requirement.
Whereas Students in the College of Liberal Arts are required to have six hours of foreign language above the first year eight hours courses; and
Whereas This issue has become a great concern among Liberal Arts students; and
Whereas This resolution is common ground for Liberal Arts students and faculty.
Be It Further Resolved That Liberal Arts advisors be given the discretion to allow a student to take their last six hours of foreign language pass/fail; and
Be It Further Resolved That This resolution is acted on as soon as it passes Student Congress.
