| Whereas | There are many students, faculty, and staff which have infants; and |
| Whereas | Many times these parents have to change their childrens' diapers; and |
| Whereas | There are no diaper changing facilities in the buildings frequently used by these little Mavericks. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | At least one male and female restroom in Davis Hall and the University Center be equipped with diaper changing facilities. |
