| Remarks | FAILED - Few ceilings in the UC are high enough to hang banners on. Would create a potential safety hazard. |
| Whereas | Many organizations on campus use large banners to promote events and meetings; and |
| Whereas | Organizational banners placed on the walls of buildings seem to bleed together. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Thin wires be strung high across halls in the University Center so that organizational banners may be hung from them; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | That these banners be regulated by the Office of Student Governance and Organizations. |
