| Whereas | It is not fair to those who pay rent and utilities to have to walk a mile (sometimes in the dark) to get home. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Centennial Court Apartments designate assigned parking spaces for the residents of Centennial Court in front of their respective apartments. |
