Whereas	There are few places on campus to buy and pick up Scantrons, bluebooks, and #2 pencils; and
Whereas	The areas where you buy these items, especially Scantrons, are only opened for a limited time; and
Whereas	It is difficult for students who have 8am classes and night classes to get Scantrons; and
Whereas	TCC has Scantron vending machines on campus.
Be It Further Resolved That	UTA place vending machines that sell bluebooks, #2 pencils, and Scantrons in 5 academic buildings evenly distributed across the campus based on student population to maximize coverage.
