| Remarks | FAILED. The city says that we cannot put a crosswalk up, but wants to put some type of sign up informing students. |
| Whereas | Many UTA students live at Centennial Court Apartments; and |
| Whereas | Almost all of these students walk to campus and cross Mitchell Street to get to campus; and |
| Whereas | There is no pedestrian safety crossing in the street where most students cross Mitchell Street, making it a dangerous area for pedestrians and drivers. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | UTA designates a pedestrian walkway crossing along with a pedestrian sign on Mitchell Street that connects the entrance of Centennial Court Apartments to the UTA campus. |
