| Whereas | S.O.A.R. currently offers tutoring services at the price of $4.50 per hour; and |
| Whereas | This tutoring service must be used by the end of the academic year in which the tutoring voucher is purchased; and |
| Whereas | If a student does not use that voucher by the end of the academic year the voucher expires and is no longer usable; and |
| Whereas | This creates an environment where a student would pay for a service they had not received. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Once purchased, tutoring vouchers for S.O.A.R. tutoring, services be usable by that student for the duration of their attendance at UTA; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | That this resolution takes effect immediately. |
