| Whereas | The University is in need of visitor parking spots near the main center of activity on campus; and |
| Whereas | There are not enough visitor spots near the University Center which is the center of non-academic life on campus; and |
| Whereas | It would be in the University's best interest to have visitor spots closest to where visitors would be able to see the most students in a non-academic setting. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The University place at least twenty visitor spots in close proximity to the University Center for visitors to be able to get a look at college life outside of classes; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | That this resolution takes effect immediately. |
